Does Job Satisfaction Differ at Different Levels of Employees? Measurement of Job Satisfaction among the Levels of Sugar Industrial Employees

Purpose: The main purpose of the present study is to find comparative job satisfaction scores between different levels employees (foremen and workers). Design/Methodology/Approach: Researcher has selected sugar industrial sector Bangladesh as research ground. On basis stratified random sampling, 300 respondents have been from 5 (five) state-run mills. This absolutely based on primary sources information. To measure satisfaction, Job Satisfaction Index (JSI) developed by Brayfield Rothe (1951) used in this study. conducted a face-to-face interview with scheduled questionnaire for data collection core value workers dissatisfaction that they feel working mills are placed here. Data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package Social Science). Findings: exposed pointedly higher percentage foreman was gratified their existent but not statistically significant. also revealed some job-related factors significant contribution than those personal both groups respondents. Originality/ Value: paper investigated impact facets employees. sources. suggested pay, recognition good work, participation decision making, promotion, relationship colleagues more important determinants so superfluous prominence should be given these humanizing workplace pleasure foremen industry.
